The lodge is not child-proofed or child friendly. Yes you will! How child-friendly is the resort? For most guests the internet will work reasonably well and allow them to do things like stream Netflix. With that said, internet speeds will vary greatly depending on network usage and weather. We have Alexa dots connected through the house and Logitech surround sound system in the media room with bluetooth. Wifi is also provided along with 4G and 5G cell coverage. The resort is equipped with DirectTV in the great room. We provide all beddings and towels along with extras for our guests. We provide a fully stocked kitchen with double ovens, two dishwashers, cookware, a coffee maker and coffee, microwave, and everything else that most guests will require. Kroger in Lancaster, OH is located 15 minutes from the resort. We require a credit card on file to be charge up to $1,000 for any damage caused by guests outside of normal wear and tear. You will receive instructions and an electronic code to unlock the door in your welcome materials. Guest check in is at 4 PM and check out is at 11 AM. What are the check in and check out times? With this waiver, unless it’s specifically excluded, all accidental damage from a guest is covered up to $1,500, including but not limited to normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage. This is why all of our bookings include a non-refundable $89 Damage Waiver. In addition to our nightly rates, there is a $500 cleaning fee and 6% tax.Īlthough rare, accidental damage from guests can happen - we understand that this is usually unintentional. Our nightly rates vary depending upon seasonal demand and availability. After that, guests can cancel up to 7 days before check-in and will not be responsible for the final 50% payment and the cleaning fee. Otherwise, if your stay is not cancelled, in writing, within 48 hours of the time that you booked, your 50% deposit is non-refundable.
Guests will only receive a full refund if the booking is canceled within 48 hours of booking and it is at least 30 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (or 4:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check-in.
We have a strict cancellation policy for Valhalla Hills. Reservation charges include, but are not limited to, lodging, taxes, and cleaning fees. By completing the reservation process, guests will also authorize us to charge the total remaining balance due upon the cancellation deadline date prior to their arrival date.
All online reservations require payment by credit card at the time of booking. Reservations made within 45 days of your reservation dates will require full payment at the time of booking. Reservations made prior to the cancellation deadline date prior to your arrival date will require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, and the balance will be due 45 days prior to your arrival.
